Will LaBreche
President/CEO
Creekbed Digital Productions, Inc. was founded in June 2008 by Will LaBreche.
LaBreche has over 13 years working in computer hardware, software and Web technologies. He has worked as a newspaper journalist in Iowa and Wisconsin, most recently leaving the industry to pursue Creekbed full time.
Before founding Creekbed, LaBreche spent many years in public relations, handling accounts for firms in the Twin Cities and western Iowa markets. He has provided assistance to clients such as 3M Library Systems, the Masters Forum at the University of Minnesota, the Basilica of Saint Mary and Manning Regional Healthcare Center.
In 2009-10, LaBreche will graduate with a master's degree in public relations and Internet communication theory from the School of Communication at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. During his graduate coursework, LaBreche studied, wrote and presented at length about measuring public relations strategies, user interaction with Internet advertising, and diffusion theory. LaBreche will publish a master's thesis in late 2009 on the emergence and diffusion of new digital media by profiling how small community newspapers are transitioning to the Internet. He is a 2001 graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Superior.

LaBreche is involved in the community as an executive board member of the
Sawyer County Development Corporation since 2006 and was named chairman of SCDC's Public & Community Relations Committee in 2007. He is also a member of SCDC's Personnel Committee.
His personal interests include being a family man, working on computer technologies, boating, economic development initiatives in northwest Wisconsin, video and still photography, writing extensively, and researching. He also enjoys sampling microbrews and ales, cooking with the family, and occasionally pheasant hunting Iowa.
He lives in Hayward with his wife, two children and golden lab, Huck.
